The simplest way to trigger events.

Distributed ??? events and counting...

Think IFTTT is too simple?

If you think IFTTT doesn't provide you enough power, you could spin up your own service with Amazon AWS, SNS, SQS, Lambda, Servless, ABC 123's. OR you could start using webhooks and server-side javascript in 2 seconds on Ubsub!

Quick Start

Step 1. Create Account

Scroll down and signup. You can even make an account without proving an email!

Step 2. Create a topic

Once you have a Topic, you can hit it hitting the URL it provides. Simple provide that URL on another platforms webhook integration.

Step 3. Create a subscriber

Add something that cares about the topic being triggered.

Optional: Server-side javascript

Does the payload that comes in not quite what the subscriber expects? Write a little bit of javascript as a Template and change what the event looks like!

Communicate with different protocols such as HTTP, Email, SocketIO, UDP, and MQTT. Easily connect anything to everything.

Common Language

UbSub communicates with the most common language on the internet: JSON

Many Use Cases

Because there are so many protocols, it covers a variety of use-cases such as low-power IoT devices, 3rd party platforms, web browers, or your own internal systems.

Validation & Transformation

Manipulate and validate your payload and translate it to something your subscriber understands without the hassile of managing servers.

Separate Concerns

No need to have one service need to know about another. Centralize service interaction and communication through UbSub.

Simple Data Store

Persist simple variables to keep track of state between event publications.

Cron Jobs

Schedule tasks to kick off events, check service health, or poll for data.
